George P George III

So my real name is George P George III. No joke :) I started off buying my first four family when I was 23, used that as my primary residence for a while. Long story short I overpaid for that property, but thank God it was in an area that appreciates much faster than the norm. I sold it 6 years later at a gain of almost $90k and did a 1031 to buy our dream farm!! I work a lot and have been wanting to start buying rental property again. Partnered up with a good friend of mine and now working on the Brrrr method of investing. Looking forward to learning and growing.
