I'm an Active Duty Army officer and currently own two single family homes, and are easily rented out for the last 5 years. However, I'm interested in obtaining a few more to supplement retirement from the Army. Buy and Sell is not off the table for me, but renting is what I'm most familiar with. Monthly profits with these two properties are minimal at best with property management fees, so I'm interested in learning how to obtain additional buying power. Great articles so far, keep it up!!
