Anthony Ghotti

I am 27, husband and father of 4. I have always had a love for real estate but not until now have i decided to do more than just "wish" i could be a real estate investor. I love to read and watch videos on real estate investing and would hope to find partners and investors to surround myself with. I have yet to start my first "buy & hold" investment but am looking forward to learning more about my market and building my portfolio legally without worrying about such things as "DOS", "Dodd Frank" etc. as it applies to lease-options and so forth. I would love to build a solid foundation in single and multi family investments before transitioning into commercial and "creative financing" so that i can have the funds at my disposal as a solid exit strategy when it comes to creative investing.
