Gino Perez is a dedicated Police Officer and National Guard Service Member with extensive experience in investigations, reporting, and community focused problem solving. Gino holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Communications. With a strong foundation in leadership, strategic analysis, and effective communication, Gino created Genuine Equity Management Solutions (GEMS). Gems is a real estate investment company focused on acquiring foreclosure and distressed properties in Southern Utah and turning them into long term rentals. GEMS is committed to creating long term value by developing quality rental housing, executing equity building renovations, and delivering strong, sustainable returns for partners while positively impacting the communities we serve. GEMS currently owns a buy and hold property in Saint George, Utah and has recently partnered with the EKFoundation seeking out of state Turn Key Property Investments for Section 8 Housing. Gems is always seeking positive mentors and partner with aligned to serve others and build generational wealth and give back to the community.
