Rental Property Investor
Long term goal: Build a rental portfolio with at least 20,000/mo cash flow and equity of at least $2M for an early retirement. 5 year goal: Build a rental portfolio with 5000/mo net cash flow. Interested in SFH or MFH in buy and hold and brrrr markets. Looking mostly for high cash flow. I am also interested in partnering up with experienced investors. I can provide some capital for the partnership.
