I grew up with real estate in my blood. At first it was as a lender (for career day in elementary school i was a loan officer every year). So when i turned 18 i got licensed as a loan originator then proceeded to buy my first investment property! After 5 years i wanted a changed so I started a coffee company/coffee shop but missed real estate. Before selling my business i got licesned as a realtor and couldnt be happier. So i now have the experince/knowledge as a loan originator, investor, realtor and sprinkle in some business owner with coffee!
