I've been interested in the concept of flipping since I first heard about it, only I think I typically would want the experience of working on the property rather than going for the super quick flip. I would find that rewarding. Not sure how this exploration will sort out, but I'm currently in what I would call a slow flip for my primary residence. I would definitely do things differently next time, but this has been an awesome learning experience. Other emerging interests are wholesaling as a way to get started before I have significant funds. I just need to do my research. So far, I have learned to do my own framing, electrical and basic plumbing. I knew some from growing up in construction, but it was all head knowledge that I'm now putting into practice with my own remodel.
