Originally from Sydney Australia, I moved to San Diego in 2008 with my wife who is American. In Australia I actively invested in real estate for almost 10 years, completing wrap transactions, lease-options and buy-hold. I have dabbled a little in industrial property, but nothing to brag about. Over my 10 years of active investing I pieced together a number of syndicates and completed over 60 transactions across Australia and New Zealand. Moving to the US took my focus of real estate (it was impossible to get a loan and I didn't know anyone to find investors) and ultimately my job and family took priority. Now that I'm well established here, I'm eager to get back investing in real estate.
