Hey Everybody, I'm a Floridian now, but born and raised in NYC and never losing that 'can do' mentality, that innate characteristic of being direct, or the accent. I have a very strong work ethic and appreciate the same in others. I love dancing, traveling, a host of other activities and new experiences. Mostly, I genuinely enjoy engaging people and gravitate to strong, kind, and interesting people. I have an entrepreneurial spirit and am a mush for all animals. I'm single and the mother of two very sweet rescued cats, Sweetheart and Coco. Most importantly, I give all Glory to God. Experience: I've been involved in real estate since 2000. I've been a Real Estate Broker and Certified Appraiser and have done a little bit of everything, new builds, spec homes, rehabs, buy and hold. I've been successful and have also suffered great losses, but I've always had a passion for the real estate industry. It simply, and has always been, in my skin. Real Estate Goals: To increase my acquisitions to 10 per month, to acquire 3 buy and hold properties within the next 2 years, support my team (which I've recently become a part of) by adding to mutual success while also helping people in the process.
