Mostly worked in Registries in 1) Boston area & 2) SE MI. It never ceases to amaze me what one can discover by searching the Public Records. And now you can remotely access the Registry of your choice. I am now quite dramatically ill - ALS AND cancer - so standing up in a Registry & being a detective cannot happen anymore. However, I'm still pretty good at puzzling out hidden ownerships, who the most active private lenders in the area are, and when/how the Assessor has messed up!
