My husband and I have each owned a rental property in the past. We now own a vacation rental condo in Ouray and rent out our basement. We're ready to get serious and create a portfolio of of long-term and/or vacation rentals - in any part of the U.S, including multi-family units. We're also interested in wholesaling and lease options. We are educated working professionals who live outside of Denver (I'm a functional wellness practitioner and coach). We are open to collaborating with others on investment properties. When we're not working, we're out exploring the mountains!
