I am active duty Navy stationed in Camp Lejeune, NC. I am new to REI but have been researching wholesaling and long term rental management for the past 10 years while serving as a corpsman. I am very motivated and am looking for some guidance and peers to bounce ideas off of and fill in the gaps in my knowledge. I am looking to break into wholesaling immediately with a goal to have 6 rental units within the next 5 years. I want to settle into the area and build a network.
