I’m a retired Navy Senior Chief Hospital Corpsman and a career Paramedic. I have two residential REI companies, (Zoggy Realty, LLC and 507 Ridgeland Lakes Realty, LLC). I live up in the Philadelphia, PA area. I’m investing in buy and hold BRRR long term rentals as well as short term vacation rentals. I’m currently investing in the Low Country of South Carolina, primarily in the Beaufort, SC area, but I’m also looking at the Carolinas, Georgia, and Virginia in general for buy and hold long term and short term vacation rentals.
