I am in my early 30's working in the healthcare industry full time. Like many others I am interested in building a career in real-estate investing with a focus on buy and hold properties. One day I hope to be able to replace my current 9-5 with passive financial freedom. I am still in the early stages; reading, listening, saving, and educating myself to maximize my success with real estate.
