I am a electrical engineer in Lynnwood, WA looking to buy and hold small multifamily properties to provide cash flow for my family. Last year we purchased a small commercial property I am leasing space in. This year we purchased a vacation rental home. I am from Seattle, WA and enjoy skiing in the winter and flying all year.
