I'm currently attending UCF as a student and will be receiving a bachelors in business admin at the end of this year. I have always been interested in real estate investing and with a background in residential remodels and maintenance for the past 5 years feel like I have a good understanding of what it takes to do rehabs and flip houses. I'm also a rental property owner and am looking to expand my knowledge in other forms of real estate investment.
