Hello! My name is David Griffin and I live in the Northeast section of the Bronx. I'm new to real estate investing but have had a long time interest. I'm a full time first responder and part time rideshare driver. I have a beautiful pre teen daughter whom I love dearly. My goal is to create monthly cash flow to build generational wealth and to create a financial foundation for my daughter. I'm ambitious, courageous, teachable and reliable.
