My wife (Shauna) and I are rental property investors. Shauna is also a Realtor with eXp Realty. Unfortunately, we currently work full time jobs as well. I'm a Construction Program Leader for American States Utility Service and my wife is an accountant. But, our goal is to accumulate enough properties that we gain enough passive income to quit these J.O.B.s and head out sailing the world. We buy rental property within the Freeport, Destin, Niceville, Crestview, Panama City, and Fort Walton Beach areas. We currently have 2 SFH properties, but are now looking to start our small multifamily search to advance. Looking forward to talking to others about creative financing and learning how they have become the self-employed that we desire.
