I am newly investing in the Athens, GA area & looking to get into real estate! Like most, after reading "Rich Dad Poor Dad" I found the Bigger Pockets Podcast and began to get excited about building my wealth through a real estate portfolio. I also dream of one day opening one of my favorite chain restaurants in my area and see real estate as a stepping stone to that achievement. Having a degree in Accounting and done my time working for a CPA, I jumped at the opportunity to open a Paintless Dent Repair retail shop with a longtime friend who had previously run a mobile business for about 12 years. I went from managing and customer service to becoming a PDR Technician myself. Basically, we fix dents in cars without paint! Just by massaging the metal back to its original condition, I can make a dent look like it never happened. After working in the auto industry for +5 years, I decided I could not accomplish my goals with real estate investing while having a full-time W2 job and driving 2hrs every day. So in October of 2022 I dove full-time into real estate! I couldnt have taken this leap without a supporting and loving wife, family, and community around me.
