Hello! New to this website but I am amazed at how much information and knowledge there is available, I wish I found this website 5 years ago!! Was fortunate enough to invest in a a single family home in 2017. Renovated the downstairs and added a 2 bedroom flat, the rent this provides pays for my mortgage. I am looking to start using my equity to start financing wholesaling or long/ short term rent opportunities. I am still a newbie and I have a whole lot to learn.
