I have a full time corporate job in corporate finance but work part time in real estate investing for myself and am thinking or forming an LLC. I currently have one 3family rental property that I have had for about three years, I also manage this myself. I would like to eventually own 10 or more rental properties and work full time as an investor. I am always interested in learning and tryign to educate myself as much as possible, particularly in property analysis and aquisition strategies. I just found this site and am exited to learn as much as I can. Anyone involved with buy and hold properties I would love to hear from. My other interests are hockey and golf, I am addicted to golf!
