No experience with real estate investing but I am willing to learn the ropes. My 2018 goal is to learn as much as I can, network with like-minded people, and make my first real estate deal. Since I am renting an apartment right now, I prefer my first deal to be a small multi-family so I can house hack and rent out the rest of the unit/units. Just like any aspiring real estate investors, I am looking for a local mentor. So if you happen to need an extra hand, I am more than willing to put in some hours of work in exchange for knowledge.
