Hello all, I am originally from the great state of Maine, but relocated to southeastern, CT in 2018 and started investing. In the past year I have purchased my first two small multifamily properties. Now, spring of 2019 and I am getting ready to move back to Maine. I am working towards buying a multifamily in Maine to house hack and do a live in renovation.
