Hello BP, My name is Mark Harrington. Currently my wife and I are embarking on the crazy journey of relocating our family from Southern California to Knoxville Tennessee. The impetus to make a change is a better life (slower pace, better schools, etc...) for our two girls. We have a 20-month-old and a 3 1/2 year-old and we feel that if we are going to jump out of the rat race of our Southern California lifestyle - now is the time. We are making a scouting trip to Knoxville on April 1 and would like to connect with a knowledgeable investment real estate agent. Could you give a shout out if you or you know someone who could help us look at properties Monday, April 4 and Tuesday, April 5. We are looking to purchase multi family properties. I would also be excited to get connected with the BP community in Knoxville as I am a noobie and know little about what I am doing.
