My interest in real estate began at just 10 years old when I started helping my dad flip houses. Over the years, that interest evolved into a passion. Not all of my work experience has been directly related to real estate, but I've been able to apply skills gained from each job to my current position. I developed my attention to detail, ability to provide high levels of hospitality, and understanding of the importance of teamwork when I joined the crew of a super-yacht as a deckhand. I also developed a skillset in maintenance and repairs while working for a construction business that specialized in home renovations and finish work. I eventually found my niche in investment real estate and property management, where I've had the opportunity to work with a wide range of asset classes, including single-family homes, multi-family buildings, office spaces, self-storage, and medical facilities. I view real estate investing as one big partnership between property owners, managers, and tenants. Each partner plays an essential role in the equation for a successful investment. Having this perspective on the industry has allowed me to provide the highest level of satisfaction for our tenants while maintaining market-leading returns for property owners.
