Hi! I'm a new RE investor from San Jose, California who has been listening to lots of BP podcasts and read various books since March 2018, trying to educate myself as much as I can. I still feel that there are still so much to learn, but I know I won't ever start if I don't force myself to take the hard first step. To start with, I'm focusing on rentals, both SFR and MFR as long as the numbers work.
