I owned a couple houses and a condo for rental. I am working full time in healthcare but very interested in real estate investing or becoming a full time investor. I also self manage my rentals because it only a few. Happy to connect and looking for a mentor as well. Currently looking at out of state multi-family but has not pull any trigger yet.
