I have been a Maintenance Man for Multi-family Apartment Complexes for over 15 years. I've had experience in almost every spectrum of multi-family properties from small 25 unit private owned complex to new luxury 400+ units to sky-scrapper condos in San Francisco. My experiences as the Maintenance Man is to quickly turn units on a large scale, seek and negotiate the best contractors and the best prices. I also have experience in all type of rehab repairs form roofs, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, framing, drywall, welding and everything in-between. Pretty much everything that can or will break down, it is my job to maintain it and/or fix it.
