Experience: Over the past 24 years I have built a real estate portfolio myself, and I have participated in over +1,800 real estate transactions as a Buyer's Agent or Seller's Agent. Additionally I lead a residential property management company that provides full service management to +400 unique properties, and have executed over +5,000 residential leases. We have completed over 250 IRC 1031 exchanges and more than 50 residential fix-flip projects.
