I am a licensed real estate agent in the State of Ohio Experience: I owned a primary home in the past and made a profit when I sold it before the economic downturn took place. I am under contract to purchase a primary residence to BRRRR. Real Estate Goals: I am purchasing the primary to start a BRRRR strategy with intentions of buying another within 2 to 3 years.
