Husband and I currently own our 2/1/2 home outright. We have been daydreaming about getting into the real estate investment gig for a few years now. We are getting more serious about taking the plunge and are in a good spot with savings/debt. Trying to learn all we can, so we can mitigate loss/mistakes.
