I am new to real estate. I have read books on the subject but have done no deals. I would like to start in wholesale to build cash. I would then like to move to buy and hold/rental properties to prepare for retirement. I do not have any cash or credit. I do not have a mentor as well and looking for one. I am a quick study and willing to work hard to make my dream a reality!
