I'm Hunter Gascay, I'm a real estate investor and just recently transitioned to helping owners and operators with their capital improvement projects - specifically rebranding and replacing old and outdated signage. I started out as a LIHTC developer and now a value-add investor with properties in Salt Lake City, Athens and Lubbock. I purchased my first single-family property right out of college, renovated it myself and house-hacked. From there I fell in love with real estate.
