Hello! I am a graduate student about to finish my dual degree MD/MBA in the Spring of 2025 and I recently started my real estate investing ventures with short-term rentals. I read Avery Carl's book in May of this year and decided that that was the route I wanted to take towards financial freedom. Since then I have been seeking out/absorbing as much info as possible on real estate, with a focus on STR's. After graduating, I hope to purchase a 4-plex before starting residency and self-manage my first LTR.
