I have been a practicing attorney for over 25 years, a real estate broker for over 15 years, and an investor for about 12 years. I have handled over $500 million worth of real estate and business sale transactions, and approximately $1 BILLION worth of transactions in total. My team and I have sold/leased over 2,000 residential and commercial properties, I have started over 25 businesses myself in many areas, and I have filed 1,500 LLC's and corps for clients (many tied to real estate and/or real estate investment). I can do any real estate deal and associated documents (prom notes, land contracts, deeds of trust/mortgages, etc.). My cost for filing new ones is 1/2 of the going rate, and since I have a long-term approach with my clients, I ALWAY WANT TO BE THE FIRST CALL NO MATTER WHAT A CLIENT NEEDS........WHETHER IT BE A NEW LLC, DOCUMENTS TIED TO A NEW DEAL, A REFERENCE FOR A CPA, ETC. Almost all of my real estate investor experience has been purchasing rentals with bank loans or seller financing. I have been buying more and more properties over the last few years. I bring many financing options to the table, and am looking to make more contacts on BP to either generate leads or for me to assist them as a broker and/or attorney.
