I am an American expat living in Asia. I have been involved in real estate investing on and off for the past 15 years. All of my holdings are in the US in California and Washington, though I used to own in Idaho. I am interested in expanding my portfolio and buying more cash flow ready properties. As I travel for work, specific areas in the US are not that big of a concern to me. However, I will need a strong local team as I don't live in the area...timezone...continent...hemisphere. :)
