I am a 32 year old Flight Nurse that wants to be able to go on vacation where ever and whenever I want. I also have a lot of kids which equals a lot of mouths to feed and put through school. I have learned that reAl estate is one of the best and safest ways to invest money to build lasting wealth. I purchased a fourplex a year ago and am looking to expand my portfolio. I want to get into fix and flips but don't want to make costly mistakes on the first deal. Glad I found this forum and I expect to learn a lot.
