Hello BP! I am a somewhat recent transplant from Boston,MA to Harford County, MD. I come from a background of high-end remodeling, having 12 years of field experience building kitchens, baths and additions in the range of 40-400K in the greater Boston area. I am currently in study mode as I transition to full time investing. I found the BiggerPockets podcast because of a mention on a personal finance podcast. I have been hooked ever since the first episode. I feel encouraged, a little more informed and enthusiastic every time I "tune-in".
