My name is Ian Sinclair, I am from England (Manchester) and now live in Dallas Texas. I’m an electrical engineer specializing in Wireless systems and automation by trade, but I’ve recently started a journey in the real estate business. My goal is to build passive income through buying, rehabbing and renting residential properties.
