About myself
I'm 26 years old living just outside Baltimore. I'm looking to get my feet wet with my first real estate flip. I'm looking for either a small hard money loan of $15-$30k or a partner who has the cash to partner up with on a project. I'm not working right now so I can dedicate my full time to a project.
