Isaac Ramos

I’m a real estate wholesaler and investor based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. I graduated from the University of New Mexico with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering in 2011 with a focus in Applied Electromagnetics and from Stanford University with an M.S. in Electrical Engineering, specializing in Fields, Waves, and Radio-science, in 2013. With an extensive supplemental academic background in investment science and economics, I decided to cofound PIJ Properties, a local real estate investment company, in Albuquerque. Through my first few investments with PIJ Properties, I realized my skills as an engineer and project manager translate nicely into the real estate market. I am detail oriented, product focused, and customer driven. I work hard to maintain a completive edge for my investment group in a variety of ways such as maintenance of our website and CMS. I also actively seek investors via non-traditional methods, and specialize in cost-benefit analysis at the project level. I joined BiggerPockets to network with my local real estate community on all RE issues including wholesaling, rehabbing, and investing. I’m interested in meeting buyers for our wholesaling deals as we are normally able to provide returns on the order of 10-15% IRR. I’m also interested in meeting investors and am able to provide mentorship to new members. Specialty areas for me and my team are rentals and SFH’s in the Albuquerque metro.
