I have been in the housing industry for the past 15 years. For the most part I've worked for clients buying second homes in the Palm Springs area and refurbishing them for personal use. However, many of my clients are also investors who buy and hold property for rental while others for flipping. I have a keen interest and hunger for knowledge in real estate investing, both for my clients benefit as well as for me as a professional and entrepreneur. Experience: I work well both with buyers and sellers. The beauty of what I do is that I am in daily contact with my community and have acquired an organic sense of market trends. More recently, I have had the pleasure of meeting and partnering with a investors on a few exciting business endeavors. This is how I came across the BiggerPockets community, by scouring the web for further enrichment in this particular aspect of real estate. I am positively encouraged by the wealth of information found here and enthusiastic in sharing new ideas with my clients. I always look to create win-win situations for all parties involved in every deal. Real Estate Goals: My immediate goal is to bring value to all my clients, whether investors, owner-occupy buyers or sellers, achieve their real estate goals in order to establish myself as their trusted go-to agent-partner. This will prepare me financially for achieving my long term goals which are in acquiring investment properties, commercial or residential, in order to generate passive income. Currently Seeking: I am currently seeking to establish a solid client base of serious investors of whom I expect to earn their trust and respect through hard work, diligence, honest dealings to all parties involved and loyalty.
