Hi there, I am an novice real estate investor. I have done house flips, BRRRs, and buy and holds. Currently looking for private money lenders to do BRRR deals. I have also previously been licensed as a Realtor for a total of 4 years. I currently work a 9 - 5 in the financial services world. I am looking to buy rentals and create $5,000 a month in cash flow and leave my job to pursue real estate full time.
