19 years old and working full time in construction, working throughout Texas and looking to invest in multi families for buy and hold and distressed properties for Brandon Turners BRRRR strategy and potentially just flip those, i wany to get as large as I can in REI and use it to fund business acquisitions and have conglomerates of passive income throughout Texas (car wash, commercial real estate leased to franchises, large scale apartment complexes (200 plus doors)
