Rental Property Investor
I live in California and am a new out of state investor. I currently own one home in Tennessee and plan to buy two more by end of 2019. I also am interested in real estate in California if I can find something that makes sense financially. I'd love to talk to folks who do fix/flips or wholesaling in the greater Bay Area and get a sense of what kinds of opportunities are available in this generally overpriced area.
