Hey everyone -- I'm Jackie. I'm based in Boulder, CO, where I recently purchased my first home (a condo). Like many of you, I'm looking to pivot careers into something more lucrative and self-directed. I've had a longstanding interest in real estate and it's only grown since purchasing my first home earlier this year. I'm just getting started with investing beyond that, so I'm very much in a learning phase to see what feels right to jump in on. Definitely looking for mentorship and partnership but I'm also a savvy negotiator, love all things renovation/project management related, and am detail-oriented, so I'm excited to put those skills to use.
