I was in Korea for 20 years working as a Patent Adviser and Manager for Patent Disputes and Litigation at Samsung Electronics. While there, I purchased five properties for holding. I am back in the states (Washington DC Metro) and now building up a flip funds with investors in Korea and the U.S. with a help of my brother who is a real estate broker (MD) and an attorney with 13 years of flipping and buy and hold experience for himself and his clients.
