A little over a year ago, I decided to stop investing in others until I made investing in myself a priority. My largest expense at that time was rent. I was giving a significant amount of my hard-earned money away to invest in an unowned asset. Somewhat in the neighborhood of $60,000 over five years. I had to figure out how to use that same $60,000 investment to benefit myself. On January 4th, 2021, I purchased my first rental property. I am excited to begin a new journey of creating financial freedom!
