Jake Marin

I’ve spent my whole career working with buildings. Starting as a carpenter, I went on to start a construction company focused on residential renovation. After 10 years of running a successful construction company, I moved on to work for a non profit that does building energy efficiency. From envelope to mechanicals, I have helped hundreds of people improve the energy performance of their buildings. In the middle there somewhere, I started acquiring rental properties. This is where I am hoping to move full time once my portfolio is large enough.
