I've been a homebuilder for the last 15 years, with the last 4 of those years in the custom high end and remodeling,. I am closing on my first buy and hold properties (2) at the end of April 2016, and also am working with prior clients in looking for potential flips where I will do the contracting work only. My goals are to own 20 buy and hold properties in the next 4 years, and get into primarily mulit-family buy and hold properties. I also have resources for partnering for financial needs, realtor needs, and anything contractor related (subs, etc.). I wish I would have started doing this several years ago, but I realize that I would have not been ready. Excited to connect with others in my area (Houston market) and possibly work on some deals together.
